I wasn’t prepared ...
I wasn’t prepared for how good it could feel: staying. How coming back to myself time and time again could feel like wrapping myself in warm loving arms. Underneath the observer, the seeker, there is a part of me who knows no separation. No fragmentation. No split. No distortion. Just wholeness. Nothing is required of her; she exists because I am here. When I slip into stillness, I feel her most strongly. Unguarded and soft, she is in all the places where life flows freely and breath moves unmanaged. An inexhaustible supply of breath, breathing you. The moment I stop trying to be anything is the moment I truly arrive, and remember I am everything. Nothing required. Nothing needed Just life, breathing you. Life doesn’t require your attention; it seeks your inhabitation. You are enough, Exactly as you are.
